We've taken Sum Function from coast to coast this year, but our next stop is a little closer to home.
On Saturday, November 14, at 1:00 PM, Sum Function will make its official Illinois premiere at the 815HORTS Film Festival in Rockford!
Of course, this isn't the first time we've brought the film home. Back in May, we hosted a special hometown screening at Hard Rock Casino Rockford, surrounded by friends, family, supporters, and many of the people who helped make this documentary possible.
But November marks something different: our first official film festival screening in Illinois, right here in the community where Oscar Mike began.
And we're pretty excited about it.
Join Us at 815HORTS
Now in its fifth year, 815HORTS is expanding to three days of screenings, filmmaker discussions, and special programming at City Stage Studios in Rockford.
We're excited to be part of a festival that's helping build northern Illinois' growing film community, alongside filmmakers and industry professionals from across the country.
Following the screening, Noah will be among the scheduled festival guests, with a special discussion, An Insider's Look at Sum Function, beginning at 2:45 PM.
Whether you missed our hometown screening in May or want another opportunity to see the film on the big screen, we'd love to have you there.

We've been incredibly grateful for the reception Sum Function has received across the country this year. Every screening, every conversation, and every award brings us closer to our goal of securing distribution and sharing this story with a much wider audience.
And we’re glad we get to make this next stop without booking a flight.
Rockford, we'll see you November 14!
